Wow, 77° on February 21! What a great preview of what is ahead.
As soon as we saw it coming we started planning for a BBQ. And of course, as always, Margo wanted Smash Burgers and Handcut Fries!
Thoroughly enjoyed cooking outside and dreaming about what is coming!
The burger and fries were awesome! I think that I have it down to a science. Loving the flat top grill!
