2018 Fall Vacation

I keep saying the same thing, but I love the Blue Ridge Mountains!

We went to Massanutten this fall and stayed at The Regal Vista again. It was fantastic! As we were riding around looking at the new houses we noticed cars stopped and people staring. There was a deer walking around. Not a big deal at Massanutten, but we had to stop and watch him anyway.

We ventured out to Montpelier for a tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. I really like hearing about how they lived and the complete history of the area. And Margo, in her normal fashion, couldn’t help hamming it up the Jim and Dolly!

As a added bonus my recently found sister met us on Skyline Drive for lunch. This was our first time in this area and it was awesome. We ate at the Pollack Dining Room at Skyland and it was great! I am thankful that I finally found my sister and get to spend time with her!
